Walked into room and the smell was awful. Thankfully we did not have to use the front room. The back part was ok. Bathroom was small and dirty. Disappointed to say the least. Especially for being Palm Springs Area.

The exterior was beautiful but the inside really needs to be updated. There is a small amount of mustiness in the room. The bathrooms had a little mildew. And there were dirty towels left in the bathroom. However the happy hour and the breakfast was very good.

Bathroom not clean enough. Signs of mold and decay in and around bathtub. Has a very run down feel and smell in the room. A/C did not work well, got very hot at night. Bed comfortable. Outside grounds were nice. Staff very pleasant ah helpful. Breakfast was ok.

I've had engineering in here three times now trying to get us hot water. It's ridiculous. Room is shabby and in need of an update. Breakfast is great, with omlettes made to order. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.

The room was not properly cleaned. Hair was on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The tub was dirty. One of our pillow cases had makeup and dirt on it. The bed sham had dried food on it. Deadbolt had loose screws. The soap holder in the room had missing screws and was broken.

Our stay last year for the thanksgiving weekend was great, the rooms were great, no issues at all, however our stay this year for the thanksgiving weekend was not the same. Our room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke, our TV remote in the bedroom was partially broken because we could never turn on the TV from the remote and I requested fresh towels around 1:30pm because our room still had not been cleaned yet and we never got them by the time we had to leave by 3. We were staying for the tournament and had to complain twice that we couldn’t get early check in, atleast let us check in by 3. Service was slow and the place just felt much older than last year. If we return for another tournament we will NOT be staying here again.

Service was flat and uninspiring. We were not informed that the HVAC unit required maintenance to switch the unit between cooling and heating. My family and I checked in late on Friday, we were extremely tired. Fell asleep and had a chilly night of it. The next day we mentioned the need for heat and it was assumed that we would know and understand your hotels systems and processes. I have never needed to request heat at any other embassy suites. We ended up needing to switch rooms as the room we were provided did not have heat at all. This hotel needs a serious remodel and the staff needs training. My wife asked for a discount due to the subpar experience and her request was ignored. We did not feel like valued guests and were overcharged for the stay. Breakfast was a disaster with more than half of all offerings being out and mismanaged. No clear leader of any kind. Coffee was out, no bacon, no sausag. The maintenance gentleman did his best and even he had to tell the front desk we had to have a room with heat.
